Job Summary Chloeta is seeking a highly organized and motivated Assistant Project Manager to support the successful execution and administration of a federal facility. The ideal candidate will assist the Project Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring contract compliance, and supporting quality assurance processes. Supervisory Responsibilities: No Job Classification: Permanent; Full-Time Duty Station: Oklahoma City, OK Travel: up to 10%, local travel may be required. Duties/Responsibilities
  • Supports the Project Manager in coordinating day-to-day contract operations, personnel deployment, and administrative tasks
  • Monitors contract performance to ensure adherence to client expectations, SOPs, and regulatory standards
  • Prepares and submits reports and documentation as required
  • Communicates with internal teams, client representatives, and subcontractors.
  • Conducts regular site visits to ensure post compliance and address concerns
  • Responsible for assigned employees and supervisors and their actions/inaction during their designated shift
  • Oversees licensing, certification and training requirements
  • Authorize to make necessary decisions or be able to call on the PM during times of crisis or indecision
  • Maintains the Contract Quality Control Program
  • Maintains the Contract Vehicle Control program
  • Manages security officer Post Orders to ensure each post maintains the most current orders.
  • Reports any security violations, personnel shortages and customer complaints immediately to the Program Manager
  • Oversees the Parking and Traffic Program, Safety Program and Government Furnished Equipment Program

Required Skills/Abilities
  • Knowledge of security operations and workforce management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with contract administration and security industry best practices
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Education and Experience
  • Required: Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Required: Four (4) years of management experience
  • Required: Four (4) years of armed security officer, law enforcement or military police experience
  • Required: Eight (8) years in total within facility protection
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time, including during facility or post inspections
  • May be required to work in indoor or outdoor environments and varying weather condition
  • This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, etc.
