The IT Support Technician, together with the Global IT Team, supports the technology that ABEC employees use to serve our clients. They achieve this through a mix of technical and customer service skills and is passionate about technology and helping people. A set schedule will be made but, additional hours may be required to properly manage upgrades, remote support of other ABEC locations and/or emergency problem resolution. This is a full-time on-site position located at ABECs Springfield, MO facility. Responsibilities:Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications. Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance. Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
