This position also is a career ladder eligible position so you have the ability to earn more as you grow with us! Description of DutiesWhat You'll Do:
- Greet and direct clients with a warm and helpful attitude
- Provide high-level customer service, answering questions both in person and over the phone
- Manage multiple phone lines with professionalism and efficiency
- Support clinic flow by coordinating with clinical and call center staff
- Operate the Qmatic patient intake system to manage client flow
- Accurately complete the client intake process, including data entry into the clinic's electronic medical records (EMR)
- Collect and process insurance information and service fees
- Assist with the preparation of clinic reports and administrative documents
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and supportive clinic environment
- Thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused setting
Qualifications Minimum:High school diploma/GED and one (1) year of experience communicating information in a customer service settingare required.Preferred:Bi-Lingual - English & Spanish PreferredExperience working in Public HealthExperience working in a clinical or office setting (1 or more years preferred)Proficiency with IT software such as Microsoft Office ProductsTwo years experience using electronic medical recordsTwo years of experience with insurance eligibility Additional InformationWhy Join Us?
