This is a very data-heavy role with a strong focus on Excel, reporting, and operational support within the merchandising team. This role supports the company's core division-ready-to-wear, handbags, shoes, accessories, and occasionally timepieces. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a highly analytical, detail-oriented environment and is looking to grow within a luxury-driven business. Position Responsibilities: Execute omni-channel merchandise strategies across wholesale, off-price, and luxury markets Analyze in-season business performance to drive profitability and productivity Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on purchasing strategy Monitor inventory, business trends, and competitive insights Support senior buyers in negotiation preparation and product strategy Overview: Work within a merchandising team in a hybrid operations/data role Handle pricing, margins, P&L data, and inventory performance Not a traditional buying role-focused on business analytics and operational support Must be comfortable managing confidential financial and product data (NDAs required) What We're Looking For: 5+ years of experience in a buying or merchandising role (off-price/wholesale preferred) Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, SumIFs; macros a plus) Strong analytical mindset with an understanding of inventory and margin Comfortable handling sensitive information and working cross-functionally Open to junior candidates with the right mindset-drive and eagerness are highly valued Enthusiastic about the luxury off-price retail space and professional development Additional Requirements: Background check and social media screening will be conducted due to the sensitivity of the role and company culture Interested?
