Monitor and assess patients' respiratory conditions and respond to changes in status.
Perform diagnostic tests such as arterial blood gases (ABGs) and pulmonary function tests.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
Ensure accurate documentation of all treatments and patient responses.
Qualifications:
Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Ohio(RRT or CRT).
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Previous experience in acute or specialty hospital settings preferred.
Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
