Mission of the Position:Assist Engineering Business Office team with data research/entry, comparative analysis, cooperation between product engineering teams / project teams, and communications within product engineering. Key Responsibilities:Learn and utilize Magna business planning tools to support quotation process. Upkeep of engineering quotation database. Track quotations through approval process. Improve Quote status reporting using internal tools for automation. Support e. Quote Manager to prepare reports showing e. Quote costs distribution by competency, region and product. Participate in resource development process. Work within Magna portfolio management tool (Plan. View) to keep all planned projects up to date and aligned with the latest business plan. Support Resource Manager to create reports for resource utilization, resource competency maps and resource requirement. Support annual update of engineering competency record.
