Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field. Three years of experience in student placement, career services, advising or workforce development Must have student connections and workforce engagement experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Multitasking, scheduling, time management skills, and active listening.
