Receptionist Position

Our client, a global private markets investment firm, is seeking a receptionist in New York City. The hours are 10:00am-6:00pm (until 6:30pm when needed). This is a fully in-office position, five days per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, maintaining a polished and professional front-of-house presence.
  • Greet and assist guests, manage visitor check-ins, and direct deliveries.
  • Answer and route incoming calls, take messages as needed.
  • Support daily office functions including mail handling and coordinating with facilities or hospitality teams.
  • Collaborate closely with a small team including a fellow receptionist, hospitality associate, and office coordinator.
  • Work in tandem with a high-touch, service-oriented colleague to deliver white-glove reception coverage.
  • Maintain tidy and welcoming reception and common areas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-3+ years of relevant experience in reception, hospitality, or high-end customer service.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Warm, energetic, and service-oriented approach.

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Up to $66K plus bonus.
  • 23 days PTO.
