The Manager, Construction is primarily responsible for the daily management, supervision, coordination, and successful completion of all phases of assigned projects to meet objectives with respect to budgeting, estimating, value engineering, bidding, purchasing, contracting, and scheduling of assigned projects. This is in support of the Senior Director, Construction. Job Duties: Manages day to day processes of a construction project e.g scheduling, quality assurance, execution of plans Works with consultants managing RFIs and submittals Reviews plans and specs to ensure compliance with Irvine Company standards Supports with budget development and monthly management Coordinates and manages acceptance walks with General Contractor, Apartment Operations and ICAD Quality Assurance.
