Greet, engage with, and be attentive to Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness members and guests, practicing a positive, hospitality focused mindset. Be knowledgeable and able to provide accurate program, services, and membership information as well as answer questions regarding all WFWH&F offerings. Support marketing/promotional campaigns to drive awareness and interest among the Walmart/ Sam's Club associate community. Assist with all front desk administrative duties, membership enrollment processes, check-in/check-out procedures, and tracking or record keeping. Demonstrate proficiency in navigating a member management system (Club. Automation) including identifying and troubleshooting account errors.?Efficiently respond to client and participant requests, comments, or concerns in a friendly and helpful manner and bring issues to timely and appropriate resolution.
