POOL OPERATOR
: Job Details :

Perform regular maintenance on pools, spas, and ancillary buildings: including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks. Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems. Maintain accurate records of service performed on each pool or spa. Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working on-site. Performing repairs throughout building and tenant spaces during the off-season, while utilizing a work order system to document, track, and close out work. Performing and managing routine maintenance inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and correct deficiencies. Plumbing, HVAC, and light electrical troubleshooting. Build and maintain tenant and vendor work relationships to optimize operations. Providing high quality customer service while interacting with individuals throughout the facility.
