Assistant Director of Compliance

The Assistant Director performs duties to ensure institutional compliance with department, institutional, state, federal, NCAA and ACC guidelines. Supports the Office of Compliance team with the overall operations of athletics compliance including compliance-related projects and other administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Compliance or their designee. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: coordination of day-to-day compliance activities; serve as liaison with multiple offices on campus; athletics, registrar, financial aid, housing, admissions; provide legislative and interpretive guidelines for institution; oversight of specific compliance components as noted in job responsibility section. Education and Experience A bachelors degree required; masters degree/ Juris Doctor preferred.
