This position ensures compliance with accreditation standards, facilitates the use of assessment data for decision-making, and promotes a culture of continuous improvement across the institution. The Director of Assessment is responsible for leading the universitys assessment initiatives to support institutional effectiveness, accreditation, and continuous improvement. The Director works collaboratively with faculty, staff, and administrators to develop, implement, and enhance assessment strategies for academic programs, student learning outcomes, and administrative units. This includes providing regular educational opportunities on best practices in student learning outcomes assessment, curricular alignment, and instructional design.
