We are recruiting for a Senior Director of Human Resources who will drive the human capital strategy to support business objectives and organizational development. This role requires a strategic HR leader excited by business partnering, fostering collaboration, innovation, and employee development. The Director will align the human resources function with organizational goals, develop and implement HR strategies, attract top talent, and enhance employee engagement. Salary Range: $150,000 - $170,000 based on experience, bonus and benefits.
