As a member advocate, this position leads the Member Engagement team with accountability for execution of strategy and operations that drives member loyalty and retention while achieving required metrics and regulatory compliance. Develops strong internal and external relationships. Formal Education Required:a. Bachelor's degree required.b. MBA preferred. Experience and Training Required:a. Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in health plan operations, customer service, retention and/or marketing, including knowledge of Medicare regulations that has provided leadership skills, to include five (5) years leadership experience .. Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:a. Ability to obtain Health & Accident, Major Lines license.b. Ability to obtain America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) certification.c.
