This leader is responsible for collaborating with center HSE leadership to establish and drive the overall execution of a global process safety management (PSM) program to ensure systems are built, maintained and operated in a manner that ensures our commitment to protecting our people and the communities in which we operate. This leader shall collaborate across the HSE Center and Plant Teams and with other functions (e.g. Global Technical Services, Plant Engineering Teams) to ensure compliance with appropriate Clorox and Regulatory Requirements (OSHA Process Safety Management Standard and EPA Risk Management Planning Standard). This leader inspires the development of a strong, consistent, and proactive safety culture focused on risk assessment and mitigation, people engagement and empowerment and continual improvement.
