The Team Member will provide excellent customer service to all guests through front end and back end operations which may include: greeting all guests in a friendly manner, accurately entering orders into the POS system, cashier duties, food preparation, front end and kitchen stocking, ingredient preparation, inventory, dish machine operation, cleaning duties, opening and closing procedures, and monitoring food quality and safety. Assists with training new staff as necessary. Operates the computer for some training, email, and other related tasks.
