- Manage accounts payable and ensure timely processing of invoices
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate financial reporting on custom home projects
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and accounts
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary documentation for tax filings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the construction or real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes
- Experience with financial reporting and analysis
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
