Job Responsibilities:* Welcoming guests to Pumpkins at Callaway and Fantasy in Lights* Assisting guests on and off the trolleys* Educating guests about the experience of both events.* Fantasy in Lights Only - Working the queuing lot for personal vehicles to include, but not limited to:o Scanning Ticketso Educating guests about the experience and operationo Directing traffic in and out of queuing lotJob Requirements:* Must be 16 years of age or older* Must be able to continuously lift 50 lbs.* Must be able to stand for extended periods* Must be able to work outdoors* Excellent Customer Service Skills* Ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a team
