Job Title: Space TechnicianLocation: Bethel, CTDuration: 3-month ContractWork Type: Onsite Pay Range: $30 - $31/HrResponsibilities:
- Assemble, setup, and maintain tooling.
- Assemble, test, calibrate, and thermally compensate an electro/mechanical device.
- Maintain quality records.
- Interface and/or interpret internal customer and supplier requirements.
- Perform final acceptance testing on electro/mechanical pressure sensor (ATP)
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to work using a microscope.
- Basic knowledge of quality standards.
- Basic knowledge of written instructions, visual aids, sketches, and blueprints.
- Intermediate mechanical aptitude.
- Basic computer skills (Excel/Word)
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution is required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a complex role in a manufacturing environment required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with wiring schematics and intricate blueprints required.
- This position requires the use of information or access to hardware that is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
