The Dispatcher is responsible for the coordination of shipping and receiving activities, including dock usage.\n. Job Function Statements Essential Functions:\n\n. Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.\n. Compliance to SOP's, GM - Ps, Housekeeping, Safety, and all other FE policies.\n. Communicate with Production, Scheduling, Purchasing, Transportation, Customer Service, and the rest of the FDC team on a regular basis (conference calls, proactive communication and information sharing as needed). \n. File and document maintenance.\n. Maintaining supplies and ordering as needed (includes office supplies, BOL's, templates, etc.)\n. Accurate data entry and file maintenance in PRMS.\n. Following proper documentation procedures.\n. Ship confirmation of Customer orders.\n. Maintain and execute requests for trailer moves in YMS, yard management system and ensure follow-up is done as needed for YMS alerts.\n. Compliance to Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.\n.
