Department OverviewMcDonald's International Developmental Licensee (IDL) Markets Segment / Business Unit (BU) the delivery and operation of core technology solutions across 79 markets, supporting 19,000+ restaurants and offices. Our mission is to implement innovative, secure, and scalable technology that enhances customer experiences and drives business success.
TheSenior Director, Operations Excellence (IDL) plays a pivotal role in driving strategic agenda and operational efficiency of the IDL organization part of Global Technology. In this role will act as a trusted advisor, providing critical support in driving pivotal initiatives, leading cross-functional projects, and ensuring effective operations for people, processes and performance across the organization. This leader fosters a high-performance culture and enhances the overall effectiveness of the IDL leadership team.
