Hourly rate ranges from $15.00 - $15.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Join our team as a Seasonal Sales Associate, where you will play a key role in creating an unforgettable shopping experience for our guests! In this position, you will assist the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of our seasonal store.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing excellent Guest Services in line with Company Standards
• Generating sales through engaging customer interactions
• Participating in sign waving and general housekeeping
• Merchandising and pricing products effectively
• Operating the Point of Sale (POS) system
• Implementing loss prevention strategies

The ideal candidate will be at least 16 years old and should be prepared for the physical demands of this role, which may involve:

• Climbing ladders
• Setting up fixtures
• Lifting/moving up to 50 pounds
• Standing/walking for up to 8 hours
