As a Grocery/Warehouse Stocker Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's functionality by ensuring that materials, merchandise, and supplies are readily available. We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a clean, friendly, and well-stocked environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow instructions from management and execute assigned duties efficiently.
- Restock shelves and floor inventory to ensure full visibility every day.
- Uphold a safe and clean work environment by organizing shelves, pallet areas, and workstations.
- Maintain cleanliness in the supply area by adhering to established procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Conduct product rotations to minimize waste.
- Receive and verify products according to company delivery protocols.
- Update product labels with pricing and UPCs on backroom and store stock.
- Adapt to additional responsibilities as required or assigned.
- Be available to work during peak store hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Engage in a rotating schedule that includes both day and night shifts.
- Ensure regular and punctual attendance.
- Perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus.
- Ability to bend, reach, climb, kneel, squat, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Willingness to work on the busiest store days, including weekends and holidays.
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule with day and night shifts.
- Commitment to maintaining regular and prompt attendance.
