Critical Care.Join a team where your skills save lives and your care makes all the difference.Now Hiring: Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC)Location: Joplin, MOSchedule: Full-Time | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts | Rotating WeekendsDepartment: LTAC / Critical Care UnitDuration: 13 weeksKey Responsibilities:• Deliver hands-on, personalized nursing care to critically ill patients.• Administer medications, therapies, and specialized treatments.• Provide ventilator and tracheostomy management.• Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery steps.• Must have LTAC, ICU/CCU or Advanced Med Surg experience• Vent/trach skills requiredQualifications:• Active RN license or Compact License for Missouri• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (ASN or BSN)• 1+ year of acute or critical care experience preferred• BLS and ACLS certifications required• Must have LTAC, ICU/CCU, ED or Advanced Med Surg experience• Recent Vent/trach skills required
