Selectek is partnering with a company located near Indianapolis, Indiana to fill a Controls Engineer role on a contract-to-perm basis. This client develops technologies for wheel and tire balancing and gauging. Candidates in this role will be focused on automation programming for industrial equipment. Employment Type: Contract to Permanent Expected Pay Range: $35-$40 per hour depending on experience, prior to conversion Location: Indianapolis. IN Job Requirements: - 1-3 years of experience working in automation and controls design - Proficiency with Allen-Bradley (Control. Logix), Mitsubishi Q, or Siemens S 7 platforms - Knowledge of PLC programming from scratch - Panel layout/design via AutoCAD - Designing circuit and circuit layouts In addition to these requirements, candidates must hold United States citizenship, per the clients request.
