A Technical Position reporting to the Senior Manager of Innovation & Sustainability. Primary Responsibility is to investigate, develop, and validate sustainable packaging material technologies that close the gap between marketed material offerings and customers exacting application requirements in the sustainable flexible packaging space. This individual will work independently and as a part of the broader team to identify, plan, and execute against required deliverables and milestones. To be successful in this position, the candidate is expected to have experience in flexible packaging materials development, measurement, and characterization, be a proactive problem solver, have a proven ability to generate and develop innovative approaches to solve problems, ability to work with multidisciplinary teams both internally and externally, as well as excellent presentation and communication skills.
