The Training Specialist/ Instructional Designer III designs, develops, and/or delivers/facilitates complete learning interventions (e.g., e. Learning, instructor-led courseware, print and online performance support tools, job aids) using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) process, as well as current learning theory and best practices, for customer service and sales skills, new system rollouts, system enhancements, new bank products, new rules & regulations, and compliance. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct analysis, design, develop, implement, evaluate, and maintain web-based (WBT), instructor-led (ILT), and hybrid training, as well as job aids (print based job aids, as well as online performance support tools).
