The dedication of our staff combined with our company culture have consistently allowed us to meet and exceed the needs of our clients.Job Description:We are seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-oriented individual to serve as ourFront Desk Coordinator/Courier to work out of our Fair Oaks Office . This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of managing front desk operations with handling local deliveries and pickups. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and comfortable both in an office setting and on the road. While maintaining a high degree of confidence and professionalism, you are a highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual. This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who is willing to go above and beyond.Responsibilities:Provide outstanding customer service to clients and the general public.Collecting credit card receipts and expense reports.Managing all office issues (ex. Plumbing, keys made, etc).Distribute mail and faxes.Coordinate mailings including overnight shipments, certified mail.Assist office staff, i.e. memos, labels, spreadsheets.Ordering & maintaining inventory of office supplies.Maintain office equipment and assist others with usage.Drop off and pick up plan review projects from various clients.Perform a wide variety of paraprofessional, technical and clerical duties.Build and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers and other employees using principles of good customer service.Requirements:Requirements:2 or more years in a customer service or an administrative support role.Ability to communicate and work well in a team environment.Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Organized, detail oriented, multi-tasked, self-motivated, and strongly collaborative.Ability to lift 20lbs.MUST have clean driving record.The hourly pay range for this role is anticipated to be between $22.79 – 31.30.
