Job Summary:
TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center is seeking an experienced cardiac advanced practice provider to join our employed cardiology group in Smyrna, Tennessee.Qualified Candidates:
- Nurse practitioner or physician assistant certification
- Tennessee licensure or ability to obtain
- Minimum 3 years hospital cardiac experience
- Cardiac consults in the hospital for two physicians
- Discharge cardiac consult and make follow up appointment for practice
- Discharge follow-up patients in the practice
- Part time, 2 days per week M and F, 8a-5p
- No weekend coverage unless choose to cover another location for an additional stipend.

- Offering the highest level of cardiac service in Rutherford County, Tennessee and surrounding communities.
