Assist Account Consultants and Sales Managers with creating and/or editing Quotes, Proposals, Bids Maintain Pricing records for assigned Consultants. Create & maintain customer records. Respond to both internal and external sales requests in a timely manner either by phone or email. Prioritize requests based on urgency and or customer. Develop product knowledge. Other Special Projects (such as flyers, forms, agendas, etc.) as needed for the Sales Managers and Account Consultants. Responsible for creating/updating scheduled sales reports as well as ad hoc reporting requests. Assist with planning meetings and events (on and off site)Maintain product literature library. Develop and maintain relationships with our external vendors. Additional duties or special projects as assigned. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: A minimum of 5 of experience in Sales Administrative Roles in JAN/ SAN distribution. College Degree preferable.
