Overview:
The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of program execution, ensuring on-time delivery, quality compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role involves leading multiple projects, managing program timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and serving as the primary point of contact for both customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily program activities throughout the lifecycle, from planning to delivery.
- Define program scope, requirements, and governance, while managing timelines, milestones, and cost objectives.
- Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to align program goals and execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
- Serve as the main interface for customer communication, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
- Track and report program progress, risks, and issues to leadership and stakeholders.
- Resolve technical and quality issues in collaboration with quality assurance teams.
- Manage and document program planning materials, including initiation and progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a program or project management role within a technical or manufacturing environment.
