Maintain detailed and accurate reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts for hotels and roadside properties Reconcile intercompany worksheets to general ledger accounts Assist Director of Finance and Assistant Director of Accounting with month end/year end close Distribute a bi-monthly General Ledger report to department heads and respond to any inquiries regarding this report Interact with external and internal auditors to respond to information requests Provide direct assistance and support in sales and use tax filings Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and assist in implementing best practices to enhance efficiency Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial integrity Ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by management Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (3-5 years of progressive Accounting experience, hotel Accounting is a plus) Comprehensive understanding of GAAP, USALI and audit principles Solid Understanding of offi...Staff Accountant, Accountant, Internal Auditor, Staff, Accounting
