Document the care provided and report any changes in the resident's condition. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Perform welfare checks on residents. Document and report care provided and resident observations. Provide physical assistance, laundry & bedding assistance, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers. Administer prescribed medications to assisted living residents and maintain medical records. Order and complete medication records. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Applicants are required to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check. Coachable and the willingness and ability to learn. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
