The University of St. Francis, a Catholic, Franciscan institution in Joliet, Illinois, invites applications for a full-time Teaching Instructor of Mathematics to begin August 2025. This is a full-time, nine-month position with a 30-credit-hour teaching load for the academic year. Small class sizes and a student-centered philosophy characterize the USF experience. The university is located in a residential Joliet neighborhood 35 miles southwest of Chicago with a satellite campus in downtown Joliet. The Department of Mathematics offers four undergraduate degree programs: Mathematics (B. A.), Mathematics with Secondary Certification, Mathematics with a concentration in Actuarial Science, and Mathematics and Computer Science.
