Recommends alterations to design to improve quality of products and/or procedures. Performs work under general supervision. Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Provide testing, inspection, field changes, repairs, and technical support for Interior Communications Systems. Independently plans and accomplishes projects assigned.
