Terminal Customer Service
: Job Details :

Support customer service requirements and handle general office tasks including BOL processing and some accounting-type functions. - Customer Service, intake of BO - Ls, and commodities being delivered or transferred - Fulfill daily workload and tasks delegated by manager/cross-train as necessary - Enforce safety policies and procedures with other employees and visitors to the facility - Update and maintain customer data bases - Monitor and order customer inventory - Maintain filing systems - Maintain and communicate customer inventory information - Compile records of office duties and activities - Handle inquiries and incoming customer work order requests - Review files and records to answer customer requests for information - Check and distribute documents and correspondence - Photocopying, scanning, faxing, and sending emails - Organize and schedule customer work orders - Interact with customers, railroad crews, and visitors - Answer phones for the facility - Utilize an inventory tr...Customer Service, Terminal, Manufacturing, Retail, Customer, Skills
