MIG Welder 1st and 2nd Shift
: Job Details :

Qps Employment Group has a great Mig welder position available at an established and busy company in Belvidere, IL. This is a 1st and 2nd shift position with the opportunity for hire.

Mig welder responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Produce good welds.
• Make adjustments on welder.
• Maintain and care for tools.
• Position materials to create a positive work flow.
• Remove scrap material and garbage from work area.
• Follow up and communicate daily issues with welding area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Mig welder requirements:

• Blueprint reading.
• Must be able to read and comprehend other work orders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work well and communicate effectively with others.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs, the ability to stand for long period of times, and the ability to walk, bend, twist and stand.
