Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to fill Brazers with a Manufacturing company located in Phoenix, AZ. Job Title: Brazer Pay Rate: $18-$25 per hour Location: Phoenix, Arizona Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1 st and 2 nd Shift Responsibilities:
- Perform brazing operations to join metal components.
- Interpret and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
- Assemble components with specialized metals, ensuring high quality and precision.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure brazing meets industry standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Brazer in a manufacturing or metalworking environment.
- Must pass a brazer test.
- Proficient in brazing techniques and processes.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges.
- Strong communication skills and precise instruction-following ability.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to read a tape measure.
