  • Support the Project Manager with preconstruction activities, permitting, and contract execution.
  • Create and manage submittal logs, RFIs, and procurement tracking.
  • Assist in maintaining project schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials and subcontractor work.
  • Coordinate with field teams to resolve design conflicts and manage changes.
  • Participate in weekly OAC meetings and track action items.
  • Maintain up-to-date construction documents and drawing sets.
  • Ensure quality control and compliance through regular documentation and site visits.
  • Contribute to punch list walks and project closeout deliverables.

The Successful ApplicantThe right candidate has 1-3 years of experience in commercial construction, either as a Project Engineer or in a similar role, and holds a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. They're detail-oriented, organized, and eager to take ownership of their work. They're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders. Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling tools is preferred.
