This role requires a meticulous individual who can collaborate effectively with the production team to achieve daily goals. Successful candidates will maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols.Key Responsibilities:Repackage products following specified guidelines and customer requirements.Ensure accurate labeling of products with correct and legible information.Conduct quality control checks to uphold product standards.Keep a tidy and organized work area, complying with safety and sanitation guidelines.Work collaboratively with the team to reach production targets and deadlines.Must-Have Skills:Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions carefully.Good communication and ability to work well in a team.Industry Experience:Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment preferred but not required.Work Environment and Physical Requirements:This position involves working in a warehouse setting, which may include exposure to noise, dust, and variable temperatures.The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and manual dexterity.ABOUT AKRAYAAkraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm consistently recognized for our commitment to excellence and a thriving work environment.
