Intune Engineer Location: Ft. Meade, MD (Remote Flexibility)Work Type: Full TimeClearance: Secret Job Description: GridIron IT is seeking a Senior Intune Engineer with an Active Secret Clearance. The Intune Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft Intune solutions, for migration from MECM and AD joined devices to Azure AD joined and Intune Managed. They will develop Intune policies, utilizing existing Active Directory group policies and work closely with cross-functional teams to architect and deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions. Position open to 100% remote (LOCAL TO DMV) Primary Responsibilities:Design and implement Microsoft Intune solutions that meet end user requirementsCreate and manage Intune policies for application deployment, device compliance, and security configurations. Ensure seamless integration with other Microsoft 365 servicesDesign and deploy Windows 10 and 11 provisioning processes using Intune AutopilotConfigure and manage Windows Update for Business policiesDevelop and maintain standardized Windows 10 and 11 deployment imagesDesign and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) in Active Directory to enforce security and configuration policiesCollaborate with the Active Directory team to ensure alignment with broader infrastructure goalsImplement security best practices and compliance policies within IntuneMonitor and respond to security incidents related to mobile devices and endpointsCreate detailed documentation of Intune configurations, Windows provisioning processes, and Group Policy settings Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or master's degree with 6-10 years of prior relevant experienceCurrently possesses an active DoD Secret clearanceExperience designing and implementing Microsoft Intune solutionsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, and a strong problem-solving mindsetFamiliarity with the Atlassian suite, including Jira and ConfluenceCurrent IAT Level II (or higher) Certification such as Security + or CISSP Preferred QualificationsRelevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified Intune ExpertExperience with Power Shell ScriptsClearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.Compensation and BenefitsSalary Range: $110,000-$140,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs.
