On call nights and weekends. Salary: Up to $70,000 Position Summary This position is responsible for directing the operations for the tank cleaning facility. Provide training and guidance to other tank wash personnel. Essential Functions
- Ensure proper training is administered
- Direct the operation of cleaning facility
- Review hiring and terminations of tank wash employees
- Manage maintenance and equipment related to operations
- Comply with company safety, environmental, and operational procedures
- Conduct measurements and complete paperwork
- Train new tank wash personnel in proper tank wash procedures
- Educate drivers to identify trailer cleanliness issues
Qualifications
- Associates degree preferred
- 3+ years tank washing experience
- Prefer, but not required, some certification in Wastewater treatment or HAACP/PCQI
