Over the last two years, we have expanded our network to offer fiber-to-the-home Internet services to Siouxland residents. As we grow our network, we are looking for a Residential Sales Manager to join our team. Our culture is focused on fostering a fun and rewarding work environment where you'll help our team create connections, one person at a time.We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Residential Sales Manager to lead and drive performance across our residential telecommunications division in the Sioux City area. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of our residential sales, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction, workforce efficiency, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in the telecom industry, and a proven track record of managing sales initiatives.Sales Leadership & Strategy
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive customer growth and market penetration in the residential market.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to refine offerings and improve sales performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Service, Product Development, and Engineering to ensure alignment in campaigns, product rollouts, and customer experience enhancements.
  • Act as the point of contact to coordinate residential sales and marketing events, which may include some evenings and weekends.
Performance Management
  • Lead, coach, and mentor Residential Sales team to achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including customer acquisition, churn rate reduction, and upselling targets.
  • Set clear goals, monitor performance metrics, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize data-driven tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms to track sales progress, installation timelines, and customer satisfaction.
Budgeting & Resource Allocation
  • Manage departmental budgets, forecast revenue projections, and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
Requirements We are looking for people with:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • 3+ years or management experience motivating others to reach specific sales goals.
  • 5+ years proven sales experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects, meet established deadlines and change as business needs require.
  • Valid driver's license with a driving record that allows the employee to be insured by ImOn's insurance carrier.
It would be nice if you had (preferred qualifications):
  • Door-to-door sales experience.
  • Marketing experience.
  • Telecommunications industry experience.
