Together with an internationally operating recruiting team, you will fill positions across the USA with Focus on New Richmond (WI) and Raleigh (NC) Area. In this role, you will:Be part of an international TA-Team and manage the internal recruitment process from job posting to interviewing and hiring and support our Hiring Managers from different business units and locations in hiring for positions. Select the most effective recruiting strategy for internal and external candidate acquisition for the vacancies you oversee. Act as a consultant for our hiring managers and ensure an excellent candidate experience as the point of contact for candidates.
