To plan and coordinate spiritual services for United Hospice families and patients. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Ability to interact with a variety of different age groups. Ability to work well independently and within an interdisciplinary team setting. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with individuals and groups. Ability to handle confidential matters. Ability to work a flexible schedule. Possess knowledge of computer software, including proficiency in word-processing. Provide spiritual services to patients and families based upon their identified need (spiritual values and beliefs are NOT to be imposed upon the patient/family). Assess the spiritual needs/concerns of patients and families through direct communication with the individual, the patient's clergy, or by information obtained by other Hospice personnel.
