Are you passionate about safety, reliability, and making an impact in a chemical plant environment? TradeMark Nitrogen is looking for a Facility Engineer to join our Tampa-based team. You'll be at the core of operations, ensuring full PSM/RMP compliance and supporting our 24/7 production of ammonium nitrate, nitric acid, and aqua ammonia.
What You'll Do:· ✅ Lead PSM and RMP compliance programs (OSHA/EPA)
· ✅ Oversee the maintenance team and CMMS system
· ✅ Provide engineering support for ammonia and nitrate-based systems
· ✅ Execute capital and reliability projects
· ✅ Drive plant safety and performance improvements
What You Bring:· 🎓 B.S. in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
· 🛠 3–7 years in chemical manufacturing
· 📘 Strong knowledge of PSM/RMP regulations
· 🤝 Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
· 📅 Flexibility to support 24/7 facility needs
