Operating on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), we are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Integrator to drive operational excellence, align our team with our mission, and execute our vision with precision and passion. The COO / Integrator will work closely with CEO Landon Chase and the leadership team to ensure the ministry's growth, cultural alignment, and operational success while staying true to our core values: Built for War, Always on Offense, Loyal to the King, and Rejoicing in Victory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Execution
    • Faithfully execute the ministry's business plan, achieving or exceeding planned objectives.
    • Translate the CEO's vision into actionable plans, ensuring all departments are aligned and moving toward the same goals.
  • Leadership and Accountability
    • Lead, manage, and hold the leadership team accountable for delivering on commitments.
    • Foster a healthy, functional, and cohesive leadership team, mentoring and developing leaders at all levels to enhance overall team competency.
  • Operational Integration
    • Integrate all major operating functions of the ministry, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
    • Ensure adherence to RealFaith's core processes and EOS operating system, demonstrating strong project management skills.
  • Issue Resolution
    • Proactively identify and resolve issues by addressing real problems, embracing healthy conflict, and driving practical, timely solutions.
    • Assimilate information quickly and guide the team to simple, elegant, and effective conclusions.
  • Cultural Champion
    • Model and uphold RealFaith's core values, fostering a culture of courage, innovation, loyalty to Jesus, and camaraderie.
    • Enhance employee engagement and alignment to strengthen customer service, loyalty, and retention.
  • Visionary Collaboration
    • Collaborate effectively with the CEO, maintaining alignment and mutual respect.
    • Filter and translate the CEO's ideas into functional plans that drive the ministry forward.
  • Communication Excellence
    • Ensure key messages are consistently and effectively cascaded across the organization.
    • Verify that a high level of clear, written, and oral communication exists throughout the ministry, keeping everyone informed and aligned.
  • Values-Driven Focus
    • Demonstrate a relentless commitment to values alignment, simplicity, clarity, and focus in all decisions and actions.
    • Embody RealFaith's uniques: overdelivering, disrupting with speed, and calling men up to live boldly for the Gospel.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making
    • Leverage data analytics to monitor ministry performance, track key metrics, and inform strategic decisions, ensuring alignment with RealFaith's mission and growth objectives while optimizing resource allocation and operational efficiency.
  • Core Values and Expectations

The COO / Integrator must deeply embody and champion RealFaith Ministries' core values, serving as a living example of our mission to deliver timeless biblical truth. These values are not just ideals but the foundation of how we operate and fight for the Gospel:

    • Built for War: The COO / Integrator must approach challenges with fearless courage, standing firm on biblical truth in a world that often opposes it. This means running toward spiritual and operational battles with resilience, refusing to compromise under cultural pressure, and leading the team with a warrior's resolve to advance the Kingdom.
    • Always on Offense: We expect the COO / Integrator to be a proactive, innovative leader who takes bold risks to expand RealFaith's reach and impact. This value demands strategic foresight, a willingness to disrupt the status quo, and the ability to move quickly and decisively while maintaining alignment with our mission. Retreat or complacency is not an option.
    • Loyal to the King: Absolute devotion to King Jesus is non-negotiable. The COO / Integrator must lead with integrity, humility, and a surrendered heart, ensuring every decision reflects godly character and glorifies Christ. This loyalty shapes a ministry culture that is trustworthy, authentic, and unwavering in its commitment to the Gospel.
    • Rejoicing in Victory: The COO / Integrator should foster a joyful, family-like environment where team victories—big and small—are celebrated with enthusiasm. This value calls for a leader who builds camaraderie, encourages mutual support, and creates a fun, uplifting atmosphere that fuels momentum and strengthens team unity.

The successful candidate will not only align with these values but actively weave them into every aspect of leadership, decision-making, and team development. They will inspire others to live out these values, ensuring RealFaith remains a bold, unified, and mission-driven ministry.

    Qualifications

    • Experience:
      • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in a growing organization, with a strong background in operations and/or finance.
      • Proven success in a service-oriented business, preferably within a privately held or family-led organization.
      • Previous experience with EOS or similar operating systems is strongly preferred.
    • Education:
      • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus but not mandatory.
    • Skills and Attributes:
      • Exceptional leadership and mentorship skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
      • Strong problem-solving abilities, comfortable with conflict, and adept at driving timely, practical solutions.
      • Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to cascade messages effectively.
      • Strategic thinker with a bias for action, capable of translating vision into executable plans.
      • Proficient in data analytics, with the ability to use data to drive operational efficiency and strategic decisions.
      • Deep alignment with RealFaith's mission and core values, with a passion for advancing the Gospel.
    • Cultural Fit:
      • A bold, faith-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
