Located in Lancaster, PA Salary: $20/hourProduction Specialist$20/hour1st ShiftLancaster, PAUnder the guidance of the Production Supervisor, this position is responsible for all aspects of the physical production of signs. This includes following layout instructions to accurately apply computer-cut vinyl or full-color graphic images to designated substrates. Responsibilities involve preparing substrates by cutting, painting, laminating, and cleaning them, as well as weeding excess vinyl from images based on size, material, and complexity. The role requires operating and maintaining printers, cutters, and other production equipment, while keeping an accurate work-in-progress (WIP) status using Corbridge and ensuring deadlines are met. Quality assurance is essential, with duties including reading and interpreting work orders, proofing for errors, and following quality SOPs. Additional tasks include performing finishing operations such as laminating and mounting, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, reporting machine issues, and assisting with inventory and raw material storage.
