Physical Therapist – Full-Time Days

Responsibilities:
- Perform initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Set goals and provide ongoing physical therapy treatment
- Document care in accordance with departmental policies
- Supervise physical therapy assistants (PTAs) and aides
- Coordinate care and communicate with referring physicians
This role requires regular physical activity and may involve exposure to outdoor conditions, mechanical equipment, and biohazards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (preferred)
- Current Oklahoma Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure under the Oklahoma Physical Therapy Practice Act (must complete licensure within 6 months of hire)
- CPR certification
- Previous experience in physical therapy (preferred)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of auto insurance (if driving a company or personal vehicle for work purposes)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.64 - $53.46 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
